Boston Celtics guard Avery Bradley exited his team's Jan. 21 game against the Miami Heat at AmericanAirlines Arena with a sprained right ankle.
ESPN.com's Michael Wallace reported the news and indicated that Bradley would not return for the remainder of the contest:

The 23-year-old was a first-round pick by Boston in the 2010 NBA draft and is an excellent perimeter defender. Under first-year head coach Brad Stevens, Bradley is undertaking a larger role than he has in the past for the retooled Celtics rotation.
That has resulted in Bradley averaging a career-high 14.8 points per game—second on the team behind athletic swingman Jeff Green.
With the promise he's displayed this season to date, the dynamic guard will hopefully return to the hardwood soon. Boston did not offer Bradley a contract extension earlier this season despite being in talks for a new four-year deal, per the Boston Globe's Gary Washburn.
