Dallas Mavericks center Andrew Bogut suffered a knee injury during Monday's game against the Charlotte Hornets, and it is uncertain when he will return to action.

Latest on Bogut's Timeline for Return Tuesday, Dec. 6 Marc Stein of ESPN reported Bogut has been diagnosed with a "minor bone bruise" and "could be back in two weeks."

Bogut Undergoing Further Testing Tuesday, Dec. 6 Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle told reporters Bogut is having an MRI and that the team will know more after that.

Bogut Has Dealt with Extensive Injury Issues During Career The Mavericks acquired Bogut from the Golden State Warriors in July to fill their void at center alongside Dirk Nowitzki in the frontcourt. While he's not a major producer statistically at this stage of his career, Bogut is still a defensive anchor in the paint.
