The 2013 NBA draft lottery has come and passed, with the Cleveland Cavaliers winning the rights to the first overall draft choice.

The Cavaliers entered the draft with 15.6 odds to win the rights to the No. 1 selection. After 13 teams found their location, however, only one number was important.
