2010 NBA Playoffs 2nd Round: Dr. Trade’s Official Diagnosis

The First Round is always exciting because of the large number of teams involved, the usual presence of an entertaining underdog or two, and the chance to finally move out of the regular season and into Playoff basketball. The Second Round is where things get a lot more serious, however. The fact remains that the upstarts rarely do end up moving on past a higher seed, (sorry, Thunder and, potentially, Bucks fans). To use the oft-quoted cliche' once more, the Second Round is where we've separated the contenders from the pretenders. The Second Round usually contains intriguing matchups in every part of the bracket, and typically features a lot of teams that have been there before. Therefore, the level of play usually picks up accordingly. This year is no different. So, let's move on into my Second Round of predictions.
