Its been the talk of the nation for over a year. Teams all around the league have been shedding salary and making moves to prepare for it. Players have been questioned about it endlessly, and fans have anticipated it restlessly. It's the free agent class of 2010, arguably the most talented group of players that could potentially ever hit the open market. Everyone knows the big names being floated around, we've all heard the speculation about where LeBron, Wade, and Bosh will end up. But this class goes well beyond those three. There are a ton of talented players available, a solid mix of veterans and young, promising guys. Teams will find role players to fill crucial roles on defense, scores, three-point specialists, the oh-so-needed veteran point guard, and blue collar big men. There isn't really a position that can't potentially be addressed in the 2010 free agent market, the class will be loaded. This list will rank the top 50 unrestricted free agents of 2010, including players with early termination clauses that are expected to opt out, and players with player options for next season that are not expected to be exercised.
