SS: How does it feel to be a Chicago Bull?

C.J. Watson: It feels good. I’m excited. I haven’t really gotten the full effect yet but getting things started right now feels good.

SS: Did the coaching staff tell you what they expect from you this season?

C.J. Watson: They just expect me to come in and do the same things I’ve been doing. They want me to come out and defend, push the tempo, score, and just play basketball.

SS: You’ve played against Derrick Rose in the past, now you have to play him in practice every day. Talk about what D-Rose brings to the court.

C.J. Watson: He brings athleticism. He’s fast, he can get to the basket from one end to the other, and he also finishes. He’s a tough cover, and I’m going to get better in practice each and every day.

SS: For fans that aren’t familiar with you, describe C.J. Watson’s game.

C.J. Watson: Simple. I just get the job done. I score, defend, pass, and do it all. I just want to win.
