2010-11 NBA Season Cancelled: Miami Heat Already Champions

According to Las Vegas bookmakers, the Miami Heat are projected as the champs of the upcoming season, and members of the Heat should report for ring sizing.

Wait one dang nab minute!  They don't have a team yet!

While all the other teams in the NBA are shaking in their high tops at Pat Riley's Dream Team, and before we throw in the proverbial towel and concede our teams to their prophesied demise, there are a few questions for the Heat to answer.

As of now, the Miami Heat are a team of six players.  According to NBA rules, a team must have at least seven players in uniform at game time.

So are Wade, Bosh, Miller, Chalmers, Haslem, James, and Player X expected to play 48 minutes each night over 82 games, and still be fresh for a championship run?

I didn't think so either!... but hey... they could have misread something in the fine print of their shiny new contracts (it does happen).

Who is going in when (and I mean WHEN not IF) D Wade, LeBron, or Bosh get hurt?  When was the last time any of those guys played a complete season?
