2000s All-Decade Team

ESPN and NBA.com writers have all made their picks for the 10 best players (first team and second team) of the first decade of the new millennium. Well, here's my input on who dominated the league during the time period of 2000-2009.

1st Team :

 

C – Shaquille O’Neal

Shaq Diesel was hands down the most dominant big man of the decade. He won four championships between 2000 and 2009 with two different teams, including a three-peat with the Lakers. An unstoppable force, Shaq  won three All-Star MVP trophies, three Finals MVP trophies, and was named NBA MVP in the 1999-2000 season.
