The Toronto Raptors are headed to the Eastern Conference Finals, thanks to a 116-89 win over the Miami Heat on Sunday at the Air Canada Centre.
Toronto was led by Kyle Lowry, who had 35 points, nine assists, seven rebounds and four steals. DeMar DeRozan added 28 points on 29 shots and Bismack Biyombo had 16 rebounds.
Miami, meanwhile, was led by Dwyane Wade and Kyle Lowry, who each scored 16 points. Justise Winslow had 14 points and eight rebounds while starting at center in place of the injured Hassan Whiteside.
Toronto will now face the defending Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavaliers for a chance to go to the NBA Finals.
