Draymond Green Assessed Flagrant-1 for Foul at End of Game 3 vs. Rockets

The NBA retroactively slapped Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green with a flagrant-1 foul Friday after he wrapped up Houston Rockets forward Michael Beasley and threw him to the floor with one second remaining during Thursday's 97-96 Game 3 loss, according to The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears. 

The foul occurred after Green fumbled the ball out of bounds on the Warriors' final possession with his team attempting to reclaim the lead. The league provided a replay in the NBA Officiating Last Two Minute Report for the contest. 

Before the NBA levied the penalty against Green, the report provided the following comment regarding his infraction: "Green (Golden State) wraps Beasley (Houston) and throws him to the ground on the inbounds play. Basketball Operations is reviewing the contact."



However, Green was also deemed to be the victim of an incorrect non-call with 42.4 seconds remaining in the game.
