Dwyane Wade Injury: Updates on Heat Star’s Back, Neck and Return

The Miami Heat announced shooting guard Dwyane Wade was ruled out of Friday's game against the Sacramento Kings with back and neck injuries he sustained on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Lakers. It is unclear when he will be able to return to the lineup.

Spoelstra Comments on Wade's Injury Saturday, April 2 "He's feeling better but not well enough to play," Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said Saturday after Wade was ruled out against Portland.

Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said Wade was walking "like Frankenstein" on Friday, per Ira Winderman of the Sun-Sentinel. "It's more sore, and it was more sore yesterday and even more sore today, Spoelstra continued. "[Trainer Jay Sabol] anticipated that. It's very similar to the fall Beno [Udrih] had. So his back is sore and his neck."
