NBA Betting Preview: Golden State Warriors vs. Miami Heat Odds, Analysis

The Golden State Warriors (50-5) have enjoyed their recent trips to South Beach, winning and covering the number in three straight heading into Wednesday’s road matchup with the Miami Heat (32-24) as 8.5-point betting favorites.

The Warriors have also won the past three games against the Heat overall, going 1-1-1 against the spread.

Golden State is 3-1 straight up so far on a seven-game road trip that was interrupted briefly by the NBA All-Star break, winning two in a row since getting crushed 137-105 by the Portland Trail Blazers as eight-point favorites at sportsbooks monitored by Odds Shark on February 19.

The last two wins for the Warriors have come against the Los Angeles Clippers and Atlanta Hawks, respectively, putting them back on pace to top the single-season record of 72-10 set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls.

Meanwhile, Miami has gone 3-0 SU and ATS since the All-Star break while playing without power forward Chris Bosh. Many thought the Heat would struggle without their leading scorer and second-leading rebounder, but the opposite has occurred.
