Although the news didn't come as a huge surprise, it was nonetheless tough to hear for NBA fans. The Miami Heat officially announced that Chris Bosh will miss the rest of the 2014-15 season to deal with blood clots that were discovered on his lung.
Strictly from an on-court perspective, this is a major blow to the Heat. They're only a game ahead of the Brooklyn Nets, which sit ninth in the Eastern Conference. Without Bosh, Miami will have to fight hard to stay in the top eight, even after the addition of Goran Dragic.
