Who are the top 100 players in the NHL today? It's a question you've probably never asked yourself, but it doesn't mean it's not important and shouldn't be answered by a panel of genius, authoritative hockey experts.
That's why we enlisted Dave Lozo, Jonathan Willis, Adrian Dater and Steve Macfarlane to handle the task.
This list was constructed by having all four vote separately—keep that in mind when yelling at them on Twitter about this—on their own top 100 players, then having each vote combined to form the list you see here. The top 100 players are based on the balloting of four separate voters, not a single person.
(You're still going to yell at them individually, aren't you?)
The vote is subjective, of course, but it's based on who each person believes is the best all-round player, taking into account the different positions these players play.
