The Leafs did make some additions on the first day of free agency. They inked Stephane Robidas and
Leo Komarov as free agents while acquiring forward Matt Frattin in a trade with Columbus.
The Toronto Maple Leafs took a major hit when Josh Gorges accepted a trade to the Buffalo Sabres earlier today. They also struck out on Paul Stastny, who went to the St. Louis Blues.
