The Houston Rockets jumped out to an 18-1 lead and never looked back, destroying the Boston Celtics, 109-85, on Tuesday night at the Toyota Center.

Terrence Jones had a fantastic game, scoring a career-high 24 points off 10-of-12 shooting. The second-year forward hit his first eight shots and also pulled down nine rebounds.

Five other Rockets players recorded double figures, and Dwight Howard posted a double-double with 10 points and 11 boards.

Courtney Lee led the Celtics with 17 off the bench.

Houston shot 57 percent from the floor while Boston managed to hit on only 32 percent of its field-goal attempts.

Since being inserted into the starting lineup, Jones is averaging a double-double, and he had the best game of his career on Tuesday night.
