The NHL playoff picture is almost set, and stars like Daniel Alfredsson and Teemu Selanne could be entering their final playoffs. Both stars have had amazing careers to date, and this could be their last time in the postseason. Selanne's Anaheim Ducks and Alfredsson's Ottawa Senators are two teams that have had amazing seasons, and each team will likely go all out to celebrate their stars' final runs.
