The 2013 NBA Skills Challenge champion is Damian Lillard of the Portland Trail Blazers.
The Eastern Conference squad was made up of Jeff Teague of the Atlanta Hawks, Brandon Knight of the Detroit Pistons and Jrue Holiday of the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Western Conference was represented by Jeremy Lin of the Houston Rockets, Lillard and Tony Parker of the San Antonio Spurs.
The West looked certain to take the first round after a lackluster showing from the East and solid times from Lin and Lillard, but Parker's time of 48.7 seconds was a dreadful performance that ended the West's hopes of victory in the team portion of the program.
Teague (49.4), Knight (32.2) and Holiday (29.3) combined for a time of one minute and 50 seconds that ended up being enough to win.
The final consisted of Holiday and Lillard, who posted the best times from the first round.
Holiday started the championship round but was unable to best his first-round score. The Sixers guard only mustered up a time of 35.6. His biggest problem came at the three-point shot from the top of the key.
