The Chicago Bulls are collecting the "scraps" of 2010's free agency while the NBA teams, fans, and analysts that were proven wrong about them sit back in embarassment and disbelief.

Chicago has successfully inked Carlos Boozer, Ronnie Brewer, Kyle Korver, and Kurt "The Enforcer" Thomas thus far—the last of which many fans feel will help the Bulls finally slay the mighty Miami Heat.

Some of the leftover free agents such as McGrady realize that their primary function will be in the guidance of younger, inexperienced players or bench players. McGrady undoubtedly has the most skill to complement his experience, making him one of the most valuable leftovers.

Gar Forman and company realize that Taj Gibson, is a blossoming big man, and his signing displays the veteran presence that has been added for the larger men in the organization.

Since the core signings are already in place, Tracy McGrady should give Chicago a long, hard look.

McGrady is one of the few vets that see a benefit in mentoring younger players.
