With LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Dirk Nowitzki, Paul Pierce, Amare Stoudemire, Carlos Boozer, Joe Johnson, and all other major free agents signed and raring to contend for an NBA championships in their new cities, major moves are seemingly over for the 2010 NBA Free Agency Bonanza. Names like Gilbert Arenas and Al Jefferson are still floating on the trade market, but it seems that their excessive contracts will prohibit any blockbusters going down between now and the beginning of training camps in August. Although, I'm also the guy who steadfastly believed that LeBron James would stay in Cleveland, so what do I know? Regardless of whether my LeBron stance leaves me with any credibility or not, I'm sure we all can agree that not all great free agent signings are big names. Success under a salary cap system is predicated by assessing value of assets, weighing their demands under what you can afford, and making the best possible decision for your team.
