The NHL’s All-Time Five Best Players Over 40

As the NHL is considerably one of the most physically demanding sports, to see a player continue to succeed well into their forties is an achievement in itself. The following is a list of exceptional NHL players who continued their careers well into their forties, and for one man, his fifties. There are a number of exceptional players who qualify for this list, however, I went with what I felt were the best. Players such as Chris Chelios, who is still playing today, may simply be remembered for his determination to play the game for as long as the NHL will let him. In addition, other names such as Steve Yzerman, So and So and blank aren't on this list either... Who is on the list? Click on to find out. Are some of your favorites missing?
