Pros and Cons of the Top Prospects Before the 2015 NHL Draft

We're now less than a week away from the 2015 NHL draft and all the activity that entails. 

With that in mind, this is an opportune moment to glance through the strengths and weaknesses of some of the top prospects eligible for this year's event. The following slideshow looks at the 10 players currently expected to go in the top third of the first round and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses in each player's game.

We've leaned heavily on the final draft list compiled by TSN's Bob McKenzie as well as the consensus industry rankings put together by Rhys Jessop of CanucksArmy.com in determining the order of selection for each of these players. We've relied on a number of different scouting reports on the players, cited within this slideshow, but have also drawn heavily on ISS Hockey's 2015 NHL Draft Guide in getting a read on the pros and cons of these skaters.
