Players the Los Angeles Kings Should Target with the No. 13 Overall Pick

The Los Angeles Kings became one of just a handful of teams to miss the playoffs in the season after winning a Stanley Cup, and they will have the fortune of making the 13th selection at the NHL draft in June. The upcoming draft has received attention because of the inclusion of mega prospects like Connor McDavid and Jack Eichel, but there are loads of other prospects with some serious skill.

Los Angeles has a chance to make the most of a down season, and they could really use a quality player to add to a prospect pool that has become depleted over the last few seasons. There are a number of worthy players, and here are the ones they should consider if they are available when Vice President of Hockey Operations and Director of Player Personnel Mike Futa steps up to the podium.
