After a very busy night of action on Tuesday, there is limited action on Wednesday in the NHL world. There are only three games on the schedule, but two of them—the Chicago Blackhawks vs. the Los Angeles Kings and the Washington Capitals vs. the Pittsburgh Penguins—are high-profile rivalry matchups.

With only a few games and multiple spots to fill, you will have to make some wise pairing choices, because selecting players from every team in action will do you no good. With that in mind, here's a primer for Wednesday's action.



 

Centers: Jonathan Toews ($7,100) and Patrik Elias ($3,900)

Jonathan Toews is a solid selection to be the No. 1 center with only three games going on Wednesday night. Captain Serious has 11 points in his last 10 games and 26 points in 25 career games versus the Los Angeles Kings.



The Blackhawks are a team heading up the standings, so take Toews with confidence when he squares off against a struggling Kings squad.
