Vladimir Tarasenko may be the top sniper in the NHL this season.

The St. Louis Blues man is tied for second in the NHL in goal scoring with 13, trailing Jamie Benn of the Dallas Stars. But there's a big difference between those two scorers. Benn will go right to the net and scores many of his goals within five feet of the goal. Tarasenko has a whipping wrist shot and a snap shot he gets away in an instant.

When it comes to finding the top corner, Tarasenko can hit it better than any Blues shooter, and he is clearly in the top five in the NHL in that category. 

Tarasenko has scored 22 points in 22 games this season, and it would not be a surprise to see him keep up that pace or improve on it throughout the rest of the season. Tarasenko comes at a salary of $7,800, and he is the anchor of our $50,000 Draft Kings lineup for Saturday night. The Blues play the Columbus Blue Jackets at home, and Tarasenko should be good for at least one goal.
