Lakers 78, Warriors 65—Final

D'Angelo Russell poured in 26 points, guiding the Los Angeles Lakers to a 78-65 victory over the Golden State Warriors in a Las Vegas Summer League matchup Monday night.

Los Angeles improved to 3-0, earning a first-round bye during the upcoming tournament. Ivica Zubac tallied nine points, five rebounds and two blocks, while No. 2 overall draft pick Brandon Ingram added seven points and seven boards.

Though the Lakers committed 19 turnovers, they limited Golden State to 29.7 percent shooting. Keifer Sykes paced the Warriors with 16 points, and Patrick McCaw had 13.

Golden State (0-2) will play the Philadelphia 76ers (0-2) on Tuesday night at 8:30 p.m. ET. The game will air on NBA TV.
