Paul George had 21 points and 11 rebounds and the Indiana Pacers routed the Toronto Raptors, 101-83, at Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Friday night to force a Game 7 in their first-round Eastern Conference playoff series.

The Raptors got off to a terrific start in this game, jumping out to a 20-8 lead behind some early production from DeMarre Carroll.

However, the Pacers closed the first quarter on a 12-2 run to trim their deficit to two heading into the second period.

By halftime, Toronto was up 44-40, and was obviously not prepared for the storm that was about to hit in the second half.

Indiana dropped a 31-point quarter on Dwane Casey's club in the third quarter, taking a 71-64 lead into the final frame.

The Pacers continued their onslaught in the fourth period, going on an 18-0 run spanning the end of the third and the beginning of the fourth.

Before you knew it, Indiana was up 97-69, and Game 7 was inevitable.

Myles Turner added 15 points, nine boards and four blocks for the Pacers.

Carroll led the Raptors with 15.

Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan combined for just 18 points off ...
