Scottie Pippen Selling Mansion with Waterfront Basketball Court for $11.8M

Playing basketball near water must be nice and relaxing.

Anyone who has ever dreamed of having a waterfront basketball court could be in luck. Scottie Pippen is selling his Florida mansion, according to Realtor.com's Neal J. Leitereg.



The house is listed at $11.8 million, which is quite the drop from the $16 million he was looking for back in December 2010. After making a few cuts to the price, he finally took it off the market. It is back up for sale after six months off the market.

Pippen's mansion is quite extravagant. The three-story house has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a wine room, a home theater and a gym:



Oh, it also includes a terrace that overlooks 215 feet of private waterfront.
