Sam Dekker Shuts Down Twitter Troll Who Called Out His Team’s ‘Failures’

Making it to the NCAA tournament is an accomplishment in itself. Making a run to the Final Four? That's something only a few teams each season can say they were lucky enough to accomplish.

And you better believe former Wisconsin Badgers star and current Houston Rockets forward Sam Dekker is proud of what he and his teammates accomplished in recent years—so don't even try to troll him.

On Sunday, Dekker couldn't help but tweet as he watched the Iowa Hawkeyes get run off the court against the Villanova Wildcats in the second round of the 2016 NCAA tournament:



Well, one person apparently had a problem with that tweet:



Remember when you helped lead your team to two Final Fours—including a championship game appearance—and lost both times? Man, what a burn. Someone get some aloe, stat. (Kidding.)

Dekker, of course, knows that he and his former Wisconsin teammates have nothing to be ashamed of. Every college basketball program in the country wishes it could be lucky enough to play in back-to-back Final Fours. His response to the Twitter troll:
