New York Knicks: New Beginnings or Same Old Team?

For the past several years now the New York Knicks have put all-around MSG and their tickets the words "new beginnings." However, that has not been the case since the Knicks have finished at the bottom of the East for too long.

But one question us Knicks fans can ask is, "Did the last two years count?" Because the past two years were not in General Manger Donnie Walsh's plan.

If you can remember many people thought they could have been a playoff team before they traded Randolph and Crawford for Scrubs just to clear cap.

Then comes the summer of 2010. Even if you did not follow sports, you would know about the offseason—especially if you had any connection with the Knicks.

Donnie Walsh had a plan. He invested the past two seasons to get "King James." However, the Knicks only got "King Amre."

So this begs the question: "Is this a year of new beginnings or the same old?"

I think the Knicks improved their roster even though they were unable to bring in an MVP. What the Knicks did this season was bring in a point guard in Raymond Felton who is a winner.
