NBA Podcast: 2013-14 New York Knicks Season Preview

The New York Knicks got deeper and better this offseason, but did they somehow also fall further behind in the Eastern Conference?

Additions of Metta World Peace, Andrea Bargnani and Tim Hardaway Jr., along with retaining Pablo Prigioni and Kenyon Martin, give this Knicks team a lot of versatility, while improving their toughness. Once more, they should have no trouble putting up some big points behind Carmelo Anthony, Amar'e Stoudemire, J.R. Smith and company. 

However, New York still has questions about the ceiling of their solid point guard tandem with Raymond Felton and Prigioni, they still have a world of injury concerns and there's a lot of question marks surrounding what they'll actually get from Bargnani and World Peace.

Plus, the Miami Heat are still the defending champs while the Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls and Brooklyn Nets all got markedly better this summer via returning injured players, offseason roster acquisitions or all of the above.
