Many professional athletes consider themselves to be true sneakerheads, with some building special rooms or cases to store their shoe collection.
New San Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge is upping the ante for all fellow sneakerheads.
In an interview with SLAM Magazine that hit the Internet on Monday, Aldridge revealed that he ran out of room in his closet at his Dallas house. As a result, he admitted that he's in the process of building a separate house behind his main house "just for shoes."
Of course, the 30-year-old NBA star can afford both his shoe collection and a separate house for his sneakers. He just signed a four-year, $84.1 million contract, according to Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, with the Spurs.
