The Golden State Warriors salvaged their historic season Saturday thanks in large part to Klay Thompson, who set an NBA playoff record with 11 trifectas, per ESPN Stats & Info.
Thompson went 11-of-18 from long distance to finish with 41 points. His Warriors came back to win 108-101 over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals.
According to Golden State's public relations department, Thompson passed some of the game's great shooters en route to setting the record:
