Report: Heat Need Added Trade Partner to Move McRoberts Thursday, June 30 According to Ethan J. Skolnick of the Miami Herald, the Heat are attempting to trade McRoberts with the following caveat:



The 29-year-old Duke alumnus averaged just 3.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game last season in 42 contests, as a knee ailment cost him a large chunk of the year.

Prior to signing with the Heat, McRoberts spent 2013-14 with the then-Charlotte Bobcats and had a career season with 8.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game in 78 starts.

The 2007 second-round pick was expected to be a key bench contributor in Miami, but injuries have limited him to just 59 games played in two seasons.
