Behind an offensive barrage from Stephen Curry, the Golden State Warriors obliterated the Houston Rockets in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, 115-80.

Curry dropped 40 points on 12-of-19 shooting, many of his makes coming in highlight-reel fashion. He was 7-of-9 from three-point range, passing Reggie Miller's all-time mark for a single postseason when he hit his second. His record now stands at 64.

Draymond Green, Klay Thompson, Andrew Bogut and Festus Ezeli joined Curry in double-figures. Green had 17 points, 13 rebounds and five assists. Thompson added 17 points. Bogut had a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards. And Ezeli came off the bench to pitch in with 10 points around the rim.

Houston was led by Dwight Howard, who scored 14 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Harden added 17, but shot just 3-of-16 from the floor.

As a team, the Rockets shot just 34 percent from the field against a stifling defensive effort.

The series will stay in Houston for Game 4, as the Rockets try to stave off elimination against a juggernaut. The Warriors will have a chance to sweep the series on Monday, May 25, at 9 p.m. ET.
