Early in the NBA’s first contest since the All-Star break, Washington Wizards big man Drew Gooden strung together one of the more peculiar plays we’ve seen all year.
First, he slung a pass off Derrick Favors' arms. Then, Gooden got it back before pump-faking the Utah Jazz forward, drawing a foul and banking in an elbow jumper.
Smooth? Nope. Effective? Definitely.
Gooden's effort gave the host Wizards a 28-23 lead.
