Derrick Rose’s Sore Knee Is No Reason for Chicago Bulls Fans to Panic

Chicago Bulls fans, listen to this, take a deep breath and relax. Star point guard Derrick Rose is fine. As Nick Friedell of ESPN reports, he was a full participant at practice on Monday.  

This is news after Rose missed a meaningless preseason contest in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday with knee soreness. 

That in itself is little reason for concern. Any NBA veteran is going to be quick to grab a game off in the preseason for reasons that wouldn't slow them down in the regular season.

Shoot, simply hanging out in Rio de Janeiro with Joakim Noah could lead a person to "flu-like" symptoms severe enough to keep them out of a preseason game. 



However, this is Derrick Rose we are talking about here, and anything involving his knee is going to be big news. 

As I'm sure you are aware, unless you stumbled upon this article thinking this D Rose was the only internet-worthy holder of the moniker, the one-time MVP is preparing to grab his first regular season game action since his left knee was surgically repaired.
