Knicks Could Target Lee As Part of Big Summer Plans Thursday, June 30 Marc Stein and Ian Begley of ESPN.com reported Thursday that Lee, along with Eric Gordon, are two of the notable guards the New York Knicks are considering with the offseason frenzy about to start.

New York could end up facing a lot of competition for the 30-year-old Western Kentucky product, though. Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders previously reported the guard will be "highly coveted" on the open market thanks to his skill set and positive impact on a locker room.

Lee averaged 9.6 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists while shooting 37.8 percent from beyond the arc in 79 games split between the Hornets and Memphis Grizzlies last season. Charlotte acquired him in February as part of a three-team trade.
