Some of you might be wondering who the hell Grandmama is, but if you're a high school graduate or older, then you may vaguely remember those awesome Converse commercials featuring Larry Johnson dressed in drag.

Johnson, 41, has expressed interest in joining the Chicago Bulls coaching staff. LJ, as he was also known, played 10 years in the NBA splitting his time evenly between the Charlotte Hornets (yeah, the Hornets used to play there) and the New York Knicks.

Johnson has no previous coaching experience, and has not been involved with any NBA team since his retirement after the 2000-2001 season. He did, however, have interest in returning to the Knicks in a "leadership" role during the summer of 2007.

Larry was forced to retire due to chronic injury problems. During his time in Charlotte he was an explosive player, averaging near 20 points and close to 10 rebounds a year while teaming with Alonzo Mourning and point guard Muggsy Bogues.
