Chandler Parsons Injury: Updates on Grizzlies Forward’s Knee and Return

Memphis Grizzlies forward Chandler Parsons is dealing with a bone bruise in his left knee and will miss Monday's game against the Charlotte Hornets, per Tim MacMahon of ESPN.com.

MacMahon noted Parsons could miss "up to two weeks."

Injury to Non-Surgically Repaired Knee Sunday, Nov. 20 MacMahon pointed out the injury isn't to the same knee Parsons had surgically repaired two different times.

Chandler Off to Slow Start with Grizzlies  Parsons, in the midst of his first season with the Grizzlies, is averaging 7.7 points and three rebounds per game.

Memphis signed Parsons to a max contract during the offseason after he enjoyed two productive but injury-plagued seasons with the Dallas Mavericks.

Parsons put up 13.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists per contest last season; however, he missed 21 games and Dallas' lone playoff series primarily because of a torn meniscus. He also missed 16 regular-season games and all but one of the Mavs' playoff contests in 2014-15.
