the impact of alternative telecenter configurations on capital
and ongoing costs, in order to help find a configuration whose
cost can be sustained by the target community.

Colnodo has developed an all-Spanish software program that
measures the impact of telecenters. The software is a low-cost,
easy-to-use, electronic registration system that allows the
capture of qualitative and quantitative data, which can then
be applied in different impact evaluation methodologies.
